Slacking

I have been slacking on my training, but I have been running a few local 5ks and 5milers since the beginning of November.  I was hoping someone out there in the tumblr world could direct me to a good half-marathon training program.   Typically I run using Nike+ and was thinking of using that training schedule.

So, what is a good half-marathon training program?

Not the beginning of my training, but my training will begin soon hopefully.  This was an alright run this morning.  I was having cramps and I felt a little awful, I had to poop when I reached about mile 2, so I turned around and headed back home. I was hoping to at least break the 5 mile mark, I haven’t done that since July and I have a 10k coming up soon.

The Start of the Goal

The New Bedford Half Marathon on March 20, 2011.  That is my goal.  I hope to run this race in under 2 hours.
